Sue is a shop for sweet treats without the usage of sugar. All the treats are also gluten free, lactose free and vegan. Their mission is showing how a sweet treat can also be combined with a healthy lifestyle. The products of Sue are sweetened with natural ingredients such are dades and rice syrup. Next to that they also make use of a lot of nuts and coconut products.
The concept arise when the founder Kim Sue Palm was looking for a healthy alternative for guilty pleasures. After some experimenting with different recipes, Kim her treats were very loved. This way she could start her own bakery and sell. Now she has a small company with 20 employees.
